Dr Hendrik Ehlers

Dr. Hendrik Ehlers qualified as a dentist at the University of Pretoria in 2003 and completed his community service at Ellisras Hospital in 2004, where he developed a keen interest in surgery.

After completion of his community service he furthered his studies and obtained a postgraduate diploma at the University of Pretoria in oral surgery in 2005 and a master’s degree in oral surgery (Cum Laude) in 2010.

Between 2005 and 2011 he practised as a dentist in Pretoria and was also involved at the University of Pretoria as a part time lecturer and medical officer in the Department of Maxillofacial and Oral surgery.

He began specialising as a maxillofacial and oral surgeon at the University of Pretoria in 2011 and completed his studies in 2016 with MChD (ChirMaxFac-Dent)(Cum Laude) degrees at the University of Pretoria; and FCMFOS(SA) at the South African College of Medicine.

He entered into private practice as a Maxillofacial and Oral Surgeon directly after completing his studies in 2016 and is currently in full time private practice at the Netcare Pretoria East Hospital, with a special interest in facial trauma and dental implantology.

Charmian Lamprecht

Charmian is the friendly receptionist/assistant at Dr Ehlers’ practise. She worked for Dr Ehlers from 2008 to 2012 when he practised as a dentist and rejoined the practice in 2017.

This detail-oriented, helpful frontliner is responsible for all reception and administrative duties. When she isn’t helping patients with their queries and quotations, this thrill seeker loves being out in nature, riding her bicycle over tough mountain biking trails.

Colette Lippold

Responsible for handling all theatre and procedure bookings, Colette has been with Dr Ehlers since 2017. This outgoing and unflappable lady will make sure that you have all the information you need to ensure your procedure and hospital visit are as hassle-free as possible. After-hours, she kicks back with a good book, socializes with her friends or with her beloved pets.

Coleen Harmse

Ensuring that your account is claim-ready and up to date, Coleen has been a bookkeeper for the past 13 years. Approachable and determined to go the extra mile, she takes everything in her stride. Her love of camping, music and dancing fill her off-duty hours.
